There is an option to buy clothes and accessories in the shop – “Eva Design”, Šv. Stepono St. 7. Working hours: I-V 11am-7pm.
Delivery
- You can collect your order for free, 3 days after order has been confirmed, from our shop (details above). We accept card or cash payments.
- Or your order will be dispatched within two working days after the order has been confirmed ant payment received.
Delivery timelines and shipping costs
- Lithuania – 2-3 working days – for free.
- EU – 10-15 working days – for free.
- Other countries – 10-15 working days – 50€.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original method of payment.
- Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition/packaging and any labels intact.
- If returned items do not meet the above listed requirements, the seller has the right to return your items back to you without an original refund.

- After your items has been received and seller confirms that items are in acceptable condition, a full refund of the original method of payment will be done within 14 working days. Original shipping costs are not included in a refund. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
- Eva Design e-shop does not take any responsibility for the lost items during the return/shipping process.
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items by post or courier. We recommend that you return the items via a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage.
- The seller is exempted from any liability in cases where the loss is because of the buyer, despite the seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not understood these rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
- The seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the items, in terms of color, shape or other parameters, due to the characteristics of the computer or monitor used by the buyer.
